Hello!

My Name is David Nickerson, me and my family have been residents of North Idaho for over 30 years. I have enjoyed the construction trade since I was 13 years old. Building for people is my passion because I am able to turn their dreams into reality, and I get to meet some nice folks in the process.

My Story

I started Dave's Custom Home Services LLC in September 2017 to work in an environment I have enjoyed for years. Employment throughout various areas of construction, has allowed me to perfect my skills over the last 30 years. I am constantly improving and expanding my skill set, from quick room repairs to completely remodeling a 4,400sq ft. home. It seems I always have some sort of project going on, whether it is my own, for work, or helping others; I always take pride in the little details and a job well done.
